Job summary

Summerset Cambridge Village is seeking a Property Manager to lead a small team responsible for ongoing compliance, maintenance, and care of village assets. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with a hands-on approach to site management.

You will coordinate refurbishments, manage contractors, plan property and asset needs, and work closely with residents to ensure exceptional environments and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and substantial related experience.
• Knowledge of complex building systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to lead teams delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management including repairs and maintenance.
• Coordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projects.
• Property and asset planning.
• Working with residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensure high standards.
