Job summary

IDEXX in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of multi-location customers who have completed onboarding with ezyVet. You will act as their go-to advisor, helping them maximise value and long-term success with IDEXX software.

This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite at the Auckland office, with occasional travel. You will collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support to drive adoption and retention and coach customers through complex

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary practice or clinical setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; build trust with customers.
• Consultative, coaching mindset; explain complex features clearly.
• Strong organizational skills; manage a portfolio of customers.
• Comfort learning technical systems quickly; troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with ezyVet is a bonus.
• Hybrid or virtual role; travel up to 1–2 weeks per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Manage an ongoing portfolio of customers who have completed onboarding, acting as their go-to advisor for getting the most from ezyVet.
• Advise customers on workflows, best practices, and features they may not be using yet, coaching them toward getting more value from the software.
• Help customers navigate complex parts of the platform, breaking down technical detail into practical guidance.
• Partner with customers to understand their goals and identify how the software can better support operations.
• Support customer retention and growth through proactive engagement, check-ins, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer needs and share feedback.
