Job summary

IDEXX in Auckland seeks a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of multi-location practices that have completed onboarding with ezyVet. You will guide them to maximize value from the software and drive long-term success with IDEXX.

You will advise on workflows, best practices, and complex features, coaching customers to run more efficiently. The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in our Auckland office and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary practice or clinical setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Consultative coaching mindset; able to explain complex features clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple priorities.
• Comfort learning new technical systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Experience with ezyVet is a bonus.
• Hybrid/remote-friendly role with occasional travel (1–2 weeks per quarter).

Responsibilities

• Manage an ongoing portfolio of customers who completed onboarding.
• Advise on workflows, best practices, and features to maximize value.
• Explain complex features in practical terms.
• Understand customers' goals and map IDEXX software to day-to-day operations.
• Support retention and growth through proactive engagement and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support to resolve needs.
