We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member with strong customer service skills to join our companion animal clinic in a part‑time role. Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, are essential for success in this role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in animal care or veterinary nursing, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our veterinary and nursing team, helping ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care while creating a welcoming experience for clients. Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service both in person and over the phone
Assist the clinical team with safe and compassionate patient handling
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation throughout the clinic
Help create a positive and reassuring experience for clients and their pets
Assist with occasional patient transport and clinic-related errands
Contribute to a collaborative and efficient team environment
About You

Full driver's licence
