Zimmer Biomet NZ is seeking a clinically driven Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative to support surgeons, theatre teams and healthcare professionals in Wellington and the lower North Island. This role suits someone who thrives in the operating theatre and takes pride in delivering patient-focused support.

You may come from an orthopaedic clinical background or be an Allied Health professional with strong upper limb anatomy knowledge, ready to transition into the medical device

Qualifications

• Clinically credible with attention to detail in high‑pressure environments.
• Degree in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business or Marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clinical stakeholders.
• Able to learn product portfolio and relevant technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical service and case support to customers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, theatre staff and CSSD teams.
• Drive appropriate utilization of Zimmer Biomet solutions for patients.
• Lead case management and in-service training for staff.
• Support Sales team to achieve annual targets.
• Travel within territory up to 90% as required.
