Zimmer Biomet in Wellington seeks an Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative to partner with surgeons and theatre teams in the lower North Island. If you come from an orthopaedic or medical device clinical support background, or are an Allied Health professional with strong upper limb knowledge, you could transition into the medical device space.

Your clinical credibility and detailed, outcomes-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to become technically proficient across the assigned product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support sales objectives with high-quality clinical service, advice and case support.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, registrars, nurse unit managers and theatre staff.
• Drive appropriate utilisation of Zimmer Biomet solutions by ensuring the right product is available for the patient.
• Lead engagement through case management and structured in-service training.
• Ensure timely return and tracking of instrument sets post-procedure.
• Develop and maintain surgeon-specific surgical technique and workflow documentation.
• Provide case support outside your defined territory when required.
• Support the Sales team in executing the Sales Plan and achieving targets.
