Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative to assist surgeons and theatre teams in Wellington and the lower North Island. A clinically credible candidate with strong upper limb knowledge will provide case support and clinical service, ensuring the right Zimmer Biomet solutions are chosen for each patient.

The role requires engagement with surgeons, registrars and CSSD teams, along with occasional travel up to 90% within the territory and cross-territory

Qualifications

• Degree in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence clinical stakeholders.
• Proactive, quick to learn and able to handle high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical service and case support to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Drive appropriate utilization of Zimmer Biomet solutions for patients.
• Engage nurses, registrars and surgeons through case management and training.
• Ensure instrument sets are returned and tracked post-procedure.
• Support sales team and contribute to annual targets.
