Tiny Voices Herne Bay in Auckland is seeking an experienced ECE educator to join our welcoming early learning community for children aged 2–5 years. We value relationships, curiosity, and children's agency, inspired by Reggio Emilia.

Applicants must have NZ residency and experience in NZ centres; the role emphasises play-based learning, documenting children's learning, and collaborative teamwork in a nurturing environment.

Competenze

• Have experience working in New Zealand early childhood centres.
• Have a good understanding of Te Whāriki.
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues.
• Value children's agency, curiosity, and creativity.
• Enjoy supporting and documenting children's learning through play and exploration.
• Are enthusiastic, reflective, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with the Reggio Emilia approach would be highly valued.
• This is an unregistered teacher position; applicants must have NZ residency.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we value meaningful relationships, children's curiosity and creativity, child‑led exploration, and the environment as the third teacher.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate ECE educator to join our lovely team!
