Job summary

Kindercare Learning Centres - Spreydon is seeking a warm and caring Kaiako to teach tamariki aged 2 to 4 at our well-established, whānau-centred centre. This permanent full-time role requires an ECE qualification and a current NZ practising certificate. Based in Spreydon, Christchurch.

You will embrace the local curriculum, foster strong partnerships with parents, deliver engaging learning experiences, and practise respectful care for young children.

Qualifications

• ECE qualification and current NZ practising certificate required.
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa essential.
• Experience with tamariki aged 2–4 is preferred.

The role

• Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday
• ECE qualified and registered Teacher with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa required
