We’re looking for a Clinical Manager to join Bupa at Cashmere Care Home in Spreydon, Christchurch.
The structure of the role gives you consistency, routine, and the ability to focus on leading the clinical team properly without constant shift changes or unpredictable hours.
You’ll be responsible for clinical leadership across the care home, supporting nurses and caregivers, maintaining high clinical standards, managing audits and compliance, and working closely with residents and families. You’ll need confidence making decisions, managing performance conversations, and creating a stable clinical environment for both staff and residents.
