Air New Zealand is seeking an exceptional General Manager, Turboprop Availability, to lead a critical segment of Technical Operations. You will define strategic direction, enhance fleet availability, and influence enterprise-wide performance across safety, cost, and customer outcomes.

Based in Auckland or Christchurch with weekly travel, you will shape culture, empower cross-functional teams, and drive transformational improvements in a complex aviation environment.
