Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking an Engineering Delivery Enablement Specialist to unite people, projects and technical expertise across Tech Ops. You will drive complex engineering initiatives from planning through delivery, shaping fleet performance and operational reliability.

Join a team collaborating with Fleet Engineering, CAMO, Maintenance Planning and Supply Chain to deliver meaningful outcomes while navigating aviation regulations and safety standards. A visa to work in New Zealand is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in engineering, project or programme delivery, ideally in aviation or regulated settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and governance skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and programmes from planning through delivery, achieving safety, quality, timeline and budget outcomes.
• Develop integrated project plans aligning milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate engineering changes, aircraft modifications and strategic initiatives with regulatory alignment.
• Identify and manage project risks and financial performance, providing clear reporting and recommendations.
