BNZ is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day operations, reporting and governance across securitised funding and treasury processes. You will help maintain documentation, prepare governance packs, and ensure accurate data across standard reports and spreadsheets.

This is a great opportunity to build your Treasury career in a team that plays a central role in how BNZ manages funding, capital, liquidity, interest rate risk, and transfer pricing across the bank. As Treasury Associate, you’ll provide business analysis, legal and application support for BNZ’s securitisation systems, while also contributing to key secured funding activities, reporting, documentation, and operational processes.
Play a key role in supporting day-to-day Treasury activities across operations, reporting, governance, and secured funding processes. Keep important Treasury information accurate and easy to access by maintaining procedures, templates, trackers, records, and documentation. Coordinate key inputs, deadlines, actions, and follow-ups so recurring activities and governance requirements run smoothly. Prepare clear reports, meeting materials, presentations, and governance packs for internal stakeholders. Work with financial information by collecting, validating, reconciling, and updating data across standard reports and spreadsheets. Support securitised funding activity, including RMBS and Covered Bond pools, quarterly rollovers, issuances, maturities, and documentation. Contribute to well-controlled Treasury processes by supporting invoice payments, secured funding documentation, and business and operational risk requirements.
