Job summary

Helloworld Travel is offering an entry-level opportunity in our Database Team. You will enter and maintain rates for Hotels, Sightseeing, Transfers, Car Hire and Rail products worldwide, ensuring customers receive up-to-date information for travel bookings.

The role involves working with the Tourplan system, interpreting contracts, and collaborating with Contracting and Product teams to support daily operations. A passion for travel and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with Tourplan is advantageous; training provided on the job.
• MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) preferred.
• Knowledge of worldwide geography and a passion for travel is beneficial.
• Ability to manage large workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Wants to work in a fun, motivated travel team.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain rates and supporting information for Hotels, Sightseeing, Transfers, Car Hire and Rail products.
• Maintain product data in the Tour plan system; interpret contracts and ensure customers have current information.
• Collaborate with Contracting and Product teams to support daily duties.
