You will research options, present recommendations, maintain bookings, and navigate supplier systems. Onboarding and ongoing training are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced travel service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages.

• Stay up to date with supplier offerings, policies, and travel updates.
