MoaTrek in New Zealand is seeking a Product Relationship Manager to keep our tours running smoothly by managing bookings, suppliers and logistics, and supporting the sales team to fill departures.

You bring strong account and relationship management experience, a passion for travel, and a meticulous eye for detail; NZ knowledge helps, and weekend work may be required.

This is not an entry-level role; we value proactive, down-to-earth people who build great Kiwi supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier booking accuracy.
• Manage instructional documentation for tour driver/guides.
• Oversee payments and costings.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to fill departures.
• Assist with tour design and seek out new travel experiences.
