Job Description – Courier Driver (Full-Time)

Pay rate: hourly $25-$30

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Courier Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe collection and delivery of parcels across assigned routes. This role requires flexibility, strong work discipline, and a commitment to high service standards. The position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 32 hours and up to 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays. Working hours may vary depending on delivery schedules, and shifts may extend until all assigned deliveries are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver parcels and goods in accordance with assigned routes and strict time schedules.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Scan, sort, and organise parcels efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.
• Load and unload goods safely, with the ability to lift up to 25 kg when required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic daily safety checks.
• Comply with all company health and safety procedures and road safety regulations.
• Maintain zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs during working hours.
• Participate in random drug and alcohol testing when required.

• Must provide a clean criminal record/police clearance.
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Must be physically fit to perform delivery duties safely and effectively.
• Enjoy early mornings starting at 5 am.

Salary

Salary can be negotiated as per your experience level between $29 to $35 per hour.
