Virk Contracting Ltd in Auckland is seeking a reliable full-time Courier Driver to collect, transport and deliver parcels across assigned routes, with early start times.

This role requires a NZ Full Driver Licence, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. You’ll work 32–45 hours per week, lift up to 25 kg, and use GPS and scanning devices to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid NZ Full Driver Licence (Class 1) with clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
• Physically fit to perform delivery duties and lift up to 25 kg.
• Available for early start times (5 am) and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver parcels on assigned routes.
• Meet strict time schedules with accuracy and safety.
• Scan, sort, and organise parcels to meet deadlines.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times.
• Load and unload goods safely, with 25 kg lift capability.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks.
• Follow health and safety procedures and road regulations.
• Adhere to zero tolerance for drugs/alcohol during work hours.
