Westpac NZ is seeking a dedicated programme finance lead to own the financial view across a major digital transformation. You will partner with Programme and Technology leaders to provide commercial insight and constructive challenge for sound investment and delivery decisions.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and reporting for multi-year initiatives, track benefits, and translate complex activity into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Strong programme finance and commercial capability.
• Experience with large transformation or enterprise change.
• Project accounting knowledge including capitalisation, OPEX and benefits tracking.
• Ability to turn complex financial data into clear insights.
• Advanced Excel and reporting systems experience.
• Banking or financial services experience desirable.

• Lead the financial management of a large, multi-year digital investment.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Track investment performance and benefits and financial outcomes.
• Translate complex programme activity into clear, actionable insights.
• Identify financial risks, cost pressures and forecast variances early.
• Support programme prioritisation and funding decisions.
• Maintain strong financial control and governance across the programme.
