Job summary

AWF New Zealand is hiring reliable TTM Workers to support Dunedin roadwork crews. You will control traffic with Stop/Go paddles and radios, and help direct motorists safely through active work zones.

We value safety, punctuality, and a willingness to work early starts and long shifts in all weather. Training and ongoing opportunities are available, with PPE provided and a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Full NZ driver licence.
• Clear spoken English and good communication.
• Reliability, punctuality and a safety‑first mindset.
• Ability to work long hours, early starts and in all weather.
• Roding/traffic management experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Stop/Go paddles and E-stops on live sites.

• Work early mornings and long days.

• Being first onsite and last to leave, ensuring the site is safe at all times

What You Need:

• A Full NZ driver licence
• Strong understanding and spoken English with clear communication
• Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to work long hours, early starts, and in all conditions
• Previous roading or TTM experience is helpful but not essential
