Job summary

Select Recruitment in Dunedin is seeking reliable TTM Workers to support live roadwork sites around Dunedin. You’ll operate Stop/Go paddles, direct traffic, and communicate with the onsite team, working early mornings and long days in all weather. All PPE is provided, with ongoing training and opportunities to grow in the civil/roading sector.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective spoken English.
• Reliability, punctuality and a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to work long hours and early starts.
• Past roading or TTM experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate Stop/Go paddles and E-stops on live sites.
• Direct motorists and pedestrians safely through work areas.
• Communicate clearly over radio with the onsite team.
• Work early mornings and long days and be first on site and last to leave to ensure safety.
