Job summary

HEB Construction, in partnership with Auckland System Management Alliance, is seeking a Network Access Coordination Assistant for a six-month fixed term. The role focuses on coordinating PCBUs wanting to occupy the ASM network to ensure road safety and minimise disruption to road users.

The position involves a mix of office-based and on-site work, with on-call night shifts to respond to serious crashes affecting TTM worksites. Knowledge of CoPTTM, NZGTTM and traffic management tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in the traffic management industry.
• Working knowledge of Traffic Management Plans and TTM.
• Appropriate qualifications and experience with CoPTTM and NZGTTM.
• Computer knowledge including Outlook, Word, Excel and Office 365.
• Knowledge of MyWorksites would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracting PCBUs wanting to occupy the ASM network to ensure safety.
• Balance office-based and on-site duties for smooth network access.
• Participate in the monthly on-call roster including night shifts for TTM incidents.
