Zusammenfassung

Christchurch City Council is seeking an Assurance Officer within our Temporary Traffic Management team to help keep Christchurch moving safely. You’ll monitor on-site activities across the network and provide guidance to contractors, events, and road users.

This permanent full-time role covers Christchurch and Banks Peninsula, requires an ABC or Level 2/3 STMS qualification, strong stakeholder engagement, and a full NZ Driver Licence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in temporary traffic management, civil construction, roading maintenance or related industry.
• Strong understanding of traffic management practices and standards.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• NZ Driver Licence required.

• Monitor temporary traffic management activities in the field and ensure safety and compliance.
• Investigate customer concerns, incidents, and respond to events.
• Collaborate with contractors, event organisers and community stakeholders.
