Job summary

NAPA Napier is seeking an automotive parts specialist to assist trade and retail customers. You will use your technical knowledge to provide accurate product recommendations and solutions, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasises customer engagement, problem solving, and effective communication of technical information, with rostered Saturday hours and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Communicate in a technical and non-technical manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
• Build effective customer relationships and be a superstar problem solver.
• Utilise up-to-date product information to assist trades and retail customers.
• Maintain a proactive, team-based approach in a busy, call-centre style environment.
