Job summary

NAPA – NZ’s newest Trade and Specialist customer focussed business delivering on our CVP of Market Leading Range, NAPA Know How and Everyday Great Value. Based in Napier, GPC Asia Pacific is looking for an energetic Trade Specialist to join a fast-paced team.

You will provide technical automotive parts and knowledge to customers, build relationships, and help them find solutions in a busy phone and in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate prior automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge and communicate in a technical and non-technical manner.
• Be a natural problem solver who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills.
• Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently.
• Be available to work and have flexible to work other days if requested.

Responsibilities
