Job summary

Mitre 10 Mega Rotorua is seeking a Team Member to join our Trade Drive Thru on a permanent full-time basis (40 hours per week). Availability to work one weekend day is required, with rosters typically Tuesday to Saturday. You must have a Full New Zealand Driver's Licence.

Role involves providing friendly service to customers, order picking, and general housekeeping, with a focus on learning product knowledge and assisting DIY customers. A forklift licence is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for customer service.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfort with heavy lifting.
• Interest/experience in building, trade or DIY products.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers in-store.
• Pick and process customers' orders within the Trade Drive Thru.
• General housekeeping of the Trade Department.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Help load and unload customers' trailers and utes.
