Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Taupo is seeking a reliable Trade Service Team Member to support customers in our busy drive-through and yard. You will help customers with product knowledge and ensure smooth order pickups.

The role is permanent full-time with weekend involvement on a roster, reporting to the Trade Operation Manager. Applicants must have a current NZ driver's license, safety awareness, and a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Drive-Through environment.
• Physically fit with willingness to do some heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the yard and drive-through, providing product recommendations.
• Pick and load customers' orders for deliveries and collection.
