Job summary

Mitre 10 Kerikeri is seeking a friendly, motivated team member for our Trade Department to help tradies get what they need so they can get back to the building site quickly.

You will connect with both DIY and Trade customers through outstanding service and strong product knowledge, with on-floor stock, displays and POS duties. A roster including weekends is required; health and safety values are important.

Qualifications

• Experience providing superior customer service.
• Retail standards knowledge and high standards of presentation.
• Able to work on a roster including weekends.
• Physically fit with a focus on safety and health values.

Responsibilities

• On-the-floor stock management and display upkeep.
• Point-of-sale operation and standards maintenance.
• Deliver outstanding service to DIY and Trade customers.
