Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a Trade Operations Supervisor to lead our Trade Drive-thru and Yard spaces, coordinating a frontline team to ensure customers access the materials they need.

This full-time role reports to the Trade Operations Leader and requires leadership experience, strong communication, good numeracy, and a practical, can-do approach while maintaining safety and service excellence. A current NZ driver''s licence is required; forklift training is a plus.

TRADE Operations Supervisor - Full-Time

Reporting to our Trade Operations Leader we are looking for a talented allrounder, who can supervise our Trade Drive-thru and Yard spaces, coordinate our Team and ensure our Customers can access and purchase the materials and products they need.

The successful applicant will have;

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous leadership and people management experience
• Good numeracy skills and accuracy
• Be flexible and able to think on your feet
• Be able to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
• Keep a cool head during challenging situations
• Enthusiasm and team spirit
• Familiarity with computers and keyboard skills
• Physically fit and able to undertake heavy lifting
• Some knowledge of building materials would be advantageous, but not necessary
• A current full New Zealand driver's licence is required

A current forklift licence (F Endorsement) would be highly regarded, although not necessary as training would be given.

We are seeking candidates who can work, Sunday to Thursday 9.00am- 6.00pm
