Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: assist walk-in customers, respond to emails and calls.
• Quotes & Administration: prepare quotations, process data entry, invoicing and packing slips.
• Warehouse Operations: pick, invoice, pack and dispatch orders; stock pallet handling.
• Stock Management: coordinate counts, purchasing, faults, returns; report to Logistics Manager.
• Branch Presentation: keep warehouse/showroom/office tidy and well stocked; coordinate cleaners.
• Branch Access & Security: open/close and secure the branch; duty sharing across team.
