Wesco Anixter Wellington seeks a proactive Trade Counter Sales & Office Manager to join our team. You’ll be the frontline contact for customers, manage sales quotes, stock, and office coordination to keep the branch running smoothly.

You’ll ensure safety, presentation, and timely order processing while coordinating with warehousing, logistics, and local staff. If you thrive in a hands-on, customer‑facing role in a busy branch, this is your opportunity to contribute to a global distributor.

Formación

• Experience in trade counter sales, customer service and branch operations.
• Strong communication across face-to-face, phone and email channels.
• Organised and detail‑oriented with ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers through walk-ins, email and calls with sales assistance.
• Prepare quotations and complete data entry, invoicing and packing slips.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders; manage stock and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate stock takes and local purchasing; maintain branch safety and cleanliness.
• Foster a positive office environment and help run weekly branch meetings.
