Job summary

You will collaborate with category teams and suppliers to maintain audits, improve processes, and support governance practices. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with a focus on accurate reporting and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to interpret and apply the Grocery Supply Code and related regulations.
• Experience auditing processes and identifying compliance gaps.
• Clear, professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to track metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Ability to embed compliance controls in day-to-day trading practices.

Responsibilities

• Audit documentation across trading teams and suppliers; report findings to Head of Trade Relations.
• Maintain audit trails and regulatory readiness for authorities.
• Streamline cross-functional processes to reduce admin burden and flag risks.
• Support Supplier Engagement Plan; manage contact frameworks and scorecards.
• Help monitor Voice of Supplier and resolve systemic friction points.
