Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is seeking a proactive Trade Account Manager to service and grow a portfolio of trade customers, delivering building material solutions with superb service and accuracy. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to understand customer needs, pursue new business, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Trade Account Manager

Mitre 10 MEGA Wanaka is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a vision to provide a high level of customer service and expertise to our customers in Wanaka and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Trade team that has been awarded \"Mitre 10 Trade Store of the Year\" numerous times.

Working closely with the entire Trade Team this is a key role in the relationship between customers and the business and requires a broad skill set and ability to engage with both internal and external customers. This role will be responsible for engaging with a portfolio of trade account customers and ensuring the delivery of their building material needs. This role is multi-faceted, fast paced and requires someone who is dynamic and has the talent and ability to establish customers’ requirements and liaise with suppliers and internal personnel to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a full-time permanent role Monday-Friday. There is some flexibility around work hours and this can be discussed with the successful candidate.
