Job summary

Franklin Smith, a multi-disciplinary recruitment agency, is seeking experienced HVAC technicians for permanent roles in New Zealand. The position requires assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, and domestic settings, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role offers 30 hours per week, an hourly wage of NZ$29.00–NZ$35.00, Monday to Friday with optional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Assembles, installs, maintains and repairs industrial, commercial, and domestic HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial installation is preferred.
• Able to work unsupervised and in a team.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Westport Deep Sea Fishing School is seeking applications for our pre-employment programs.

Re-train with industry created programs that will kick start your career in sea goingpositions on NZ owned deep sea factory ships.

Successful students are facilitated into paid employment in the seafood industry; thishowever is dependent on usual employment practices, Company and vesselavailability.

Starting wages ranging from 60 – 70k per year depending on trip lengths.

• - Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial installation
