Job summary

Qjumpers in Nelson, NZ is seeking experienced HVAC technicians to install, maintain, and repair industrial, commercial, and domestic HVAC systems. The role requires a solid background in HVAC with the ability to work both independently and in teams across multiple sites.

• Assembles, installs, maintains and repairs industrial, commercial, and domestic air conditioning and refrigeration systems and relevant set up and equipment.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial installation
• Work unsupervised and in a team
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with Franklin Smith policies and relevant legislation.
• Other duties as reasonably required within the capability of the employee’s role may also be required from time to time.

• As part of your employment, you may be required to travel to a different region for different projects, including Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Canterbury, Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu,Marlborough, Nelson, Northland, Otago, Southland, Taranaki, Waikato, Wellington, and West Coast.
• You will be given reasonable notice if you are required to relocate to another region. Franklin Smith will cover transportation and accommodation expenses related to the relocation.
