Job summary

AWF Group is seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Secondary Tool Technician for a permanent part-time role. You will support the Service Technician in maintenance, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and tools, ensuring customers receive timely, professional service and equipment remains in top condition.

You will work closely with the primary Technician, perform on-site or in-house tasks, and help keep accurate records while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or in-house maintenance, repair of equipment.
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service requests with minimal disruption.
• Maintain records of service activities, parts used, and time logged.
• Assist in diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions.
• Support lead Technician with maintenance and larger projects.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to customers and teams.
