Qualifications

• Proficient user of Excel.
• Ability to find solutions to complex problems.
• Ideally have a tertiary qualification and 3 years' practical experience in a relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule timetables for staff and students based on requirements.
• Interpret staff requirements, apply to scheduling software, and sanity-check results.
• Manage timelines and interact with staff to resolve conflicting needs.
• Contribute to improving services and overall campus operations.
