Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in modern workplace, endpoint management, or digital workplace leadership.
• Leading and developing a high-performing team of technology specialists and leaders.
• Managing delivery priorities, investment planning, vendor relationships, and service performance.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and digital curiosity.
• Ensuring modern, secure, scalable, and resilient digital workplace services.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead AUT’s digital workplace strategy and the team responsible for delivering exceptional technology experiences to students, researchers, and staff.
• Drive adoption of modern workplace technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital experience initiatives that enable AUT's strategic ambitions.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across AUT's modern workplace and digital experience portfolio, including endpoint management, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, identity services, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Balance long-term strategy with delivery excellence, leading multidisciplinary teams that ensure technology delivers meaningful outcomes for the AUT community.
