Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead theatre nursing teams and clinical staff.
• Clear and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant clinical standards (AORN) and practice guidelines.
• Demonstrated leadership with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
• Compassionate, people-centred leadership style.
• Ability to drive system improvements and innovations in theatre services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise, direction and leadership to Theatres nursing and support staff.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery requirements of Operating Theatres.
• Oversee clinical and operational resource management and efficiency of services.
• Collaborate with other leadership teams to optimize use of people and financial resources, achieving positive outcomes.
