Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking a Territory Manager for Auckland (North / South) to sell and promote medical devices and consumables to hospitals within a defined territory.

You will develop territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and present detailed technical information to meet KPIs and drive growth. The role requires a nursing/science/medical/business background, and 2+ years in medical device sales, with NZ work rights and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, medicine, business or related discipline is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad product portfolio.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Valid NZ work rights and driver's license essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote a range of devices and consumables to hospitals within a defined territory.
• Prepare sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities.
• Build excellent customer relationships, understand and impart product knowledge and detailed technical information.
• Meet customer and territory KPIs and maintain CRM data.
• Participate in marketing events, seminars, trade exhibitions, and clinical workshops (including cadaver-based training where required).
• Attend occasional weekend or evening events as necessary.

Territory Manager Auckland (North / South)

• Sell and promote a range of devices and consumables to hospitals within a defined territory.
• Prepare sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities.

• Meet customer and territory KPIs
• Maintain a strong customer-centric focus, following through on customer commitments and requests within agreed timeframes.
• Conduct regular territory reviews with sales management.
• Ensure the Company's key products and marketing strategies are effectively implemented in the sales territory.
• Follow up on all sales leads and referrals in a timely manner.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and customer correspondence as required.
• Ensure all expenses and required administrative tasks are executed in the required timeframe.
• Provide a monthly activity/sales report
• Maintain accurate and complete CRM data for your territory.
• Participate in marketing events, seminars, trade exhibitions, and clinical workshops (including cadaver-based training where required).
• Attend occasional weekend or evening events as necessary.
• Conduct all business activities ethically, professionally, and in line with company policies.

Your Talents

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, science, medicine, business or a related discipline highly
  desirable.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation highly
  desirable.

  products.
