Healthcare Professionals Group in New Zealand is seeking a Territory Manager to take direct ownership of the South Island. You will achieve sales targets, drive market share growth and execute a strategic territory business plan through engaging GPs, pharmacists, nurses and other allied health professionals.

You will use a mix of face-to-face and omnichannel engagement, with travel including overnight stays required to build relationships and deliver life-changing therapies across vaccines and

Competenze

• Must have proven in-field territory sales experience within the New Zealand market.
• Superior business acumen and strategic thinking, including budget management.
• Experience developing, implementing and monitoring territory action plans.
• Ability to communicate technical/clinical data effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel including overnight stays.
• New Zealand working rights required; no sponsorship on offer.

Taking direct ownership across the South Island, New Zealand. as a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving market share growth, and executing a strategic territory business plan.

You’ll engage General Practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, practice managers, and other allied health professionals using a mix of face‑to‑face and omnichannel engagement.

This position is being offered as a fixed term contract.

Proven Skills & Experience

• Proven in-field territory sales experience within the New Zealand market
• Superior business acumen & strategic thinking, including budget management
• Demonstrated success in developing, implementing & monitoring territory action plans
• Confident in communicating technical / clinical data & discussing disease states effectively
• Skilled in presenting to diverse customer groups, both in person & virtually
• Exceptional communication, influencing & negotiation skills
