Vinarchy is seeking a Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team based in Dunedin. This highly autonomous, field-based role owns the Dunedin patch, driving volume, in-store execution and strong relationships with grocery and off‑premise retailers.

You’ll manage a dispersed territory, travel frequently, support new product launches and leverage data to unlock growth. Experience in FMCG or beverages and a hands-on, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory or field sales (FMCG, beverages or alcohol highly regarded).
• Grocery or retail channel experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and results-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to influence customers and drive in-store execution.
• Willingness to travel and manage a large, dispersed territory.

Responsabilités

• Deliver volume, value and distribution targets across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with key retail customers.
• Execute in-store activations, promotions and shelf optimisation. Identify and convert new growth opportunities across accounts
• Manage territory plan, including travel and customer cadence.
• Support new product launches and drive brand visibility.
• Use sales data and insights to improve performance.
