Job summary

Synergy Consulting Group is assisting a Christchurch-based role for a Territory Manager in Medical Devices. You will work with surgeons and hospital teams, providing hands-on support in theatre and helping customers adopt products across the South Island.

We seek someone with medical device or healthcare sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a confident, hands-on approach in theatre environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device, healthcare or clinical sales.
• Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders.
• Confidence working in a theatre environment and providing clinical, technical and product support during procedures.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a medical device or healthcare professional who enjoys being close to the clinical action. You'll work alongside surgeons and hospital teams, providing hands‑on support in theatre, assisting with cases and ensuring customers have the product knowledge and confidence they need. Alongside the clinical component, you'll manage your territory, build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business and product portfolio in theSouth Island.
