Job summary

Dexcom New Zealand is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales growth in the diabetes care market. You will influence healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products, deliver product education, and represent Dexcom at trade shows and community events.

You will manage your territory, hit sales targets, and monitor cost-effective travel. The role includes coaching teammates, leading training events, and supporting the Professional Education Team to expand Dexcom's presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a related role, preferably in diabetes/medical device sales.
• Healthcare/science background with a track record of high sales success.
• Current driver’s license and working with children’s check.
• Flexible to work weekends and/or evenings as needed.
• Unrestricted work rights within New Zealand.

Education And Experience

• You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in diabetes/medical device sales.
• You possess a healthcare/science-related background with a track record of high sales success.
• You hold a current driver’s license and working with children’s check.
• You are flexible to work weekends and/or evenings as needed.
• You have unrestricted work rights within New Zealand.

Travel Required

• 50 - 80% domestic travel for Sales.
