Qualifications

• Outbound cold calling sales experience.
• CRM data entry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good phone demeanor and high-energy personality.
• Comfortable with learning and using new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound marketing calls to both existing customers and potential customers by telephone to gather market data and research.
• Record names, addresses, e-mails, and reactions of customers and prospects contacted.
• Generate call reports, and other routine reports to track development and information gathered.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Other clerical or Sales & Marketing duties as assigned.
