Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role in telecommunications.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks including IP, VoIP, and wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and field service equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission telecom hardware and software, including routers and switches.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic tests on network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers or detected via monitoring.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment following specifications and procedures.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment status.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines while in the field.

This critical role involves providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and networks. Key Responsibilities
