Job summary

Connexa Limited in Auckland is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end telecom site acquisition across New Zealand. You will identify sites, negotiate leases and secure access rights to enable deployment of Connexa’s expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in property, planning or law or equivalent site acquisition experience in wireless telecom.
• Experience in all parts of the site acquisition process and ability to drive a wider team of experts.
• Strong negotiation of leases and associated documents.
• Working knowledge of the Resource Management Act.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition of telecommunications sites across New Zealand.
• Identify and evaluate site opportunities balancing technical, commercial and planning considerations.
• Manage multiple concurrent site acquisition projects and deliver on time and within budget.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and mitigate risks affecting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate site visits with the technical team and external consultants.
• Maintain records and provide timely updates on project status, risks and opportunities.
