Job summary

Connexa is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead nationwide telecommunications site acquisitions across New Zealand, collaborating with farmers, landowners and commercial partners to secure signing agreements and planning consents for rapid deployment.

You will coordinate with deployment engineers and external consultants, driving multiple projects in parallel while maintaining schedules, budgets and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in property, planning or law or equivalent site acquisition experience.
• Experience managing site acquisition processes and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Resource Management Act or equivalent regulatory framework.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills for leases and related agreements.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition of telecommunications sites across New Zealand.
• Identify and evaluate site opportunities balancing technical, commercial and regulatory factors.
• Manage multiple concurrent site acquisition projects in parallel.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation for site delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with deployment engineers, RF/design teams and external consultants.
• Coordinate site visits and maintain project status updates and reporting.
