Acquisition+ is seeking a Site Acquisition Consultant to join its Auckland team. You will help identify strategic infrastructure opportunities and support projects from initial investigation through stakeholder engagement, approvals, negotiation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Background may be in commercial property, planning, law, telecommunications, infrastructure or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Researching locations, assessing properties and identifying potential infrastructure opportunities.
• Engaging with landowners, developers, clients and specialist advisers.
• Supporting property negotiations, approvals and project documentation.
• Coordinating actions and stakeholders to keep projects progressing.
