Job summary

Connexa Limited, New Zealand’s leading mobile tower infrastructure company, is seeking a senior delivery leader to own and drive nationwide tower installations and network upgrades. You will manage end-to-end delivery in a fast-growing TowerCo environment, collaborating with customers, engineering, property and vendors to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecommunications, tower, civil infrastructure or utilities projects.
• Deep telco deployment and site delivery knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex tower and passive infrastructure projects from planning to build.
• Own plans, budgets, governance, and change controls to ensure delivery.
• Anticipate risks, issues, dependencies across high-volume programmes.
• Interpret specs and regulatory obligations from concept to completion.
• Build relationships with customers, engineering, property, vendors, and subs.
• Drive subcontractor performance and continuous improvement.
• Champion regulatory and Workplace Health & Safety compliance.
